2. What we collect, why, and for how long

Contact and brief form

• Data: name or company, email address, type of project, budget range, your message.
• Purpose: answering your request and preparing a proposal.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Retention: 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted. If a contract follows, the documents linked to it are kept for the periods required by French commercial and accounting law.

Anonymous audience measurement

• Data: pages viewed, buttons and links clicked, the site you came from (domain only), approximate country, device type and language.
• How: measured on our own server. No cookie is set and nothing is stored on your device. To count unique visitors, a daily key is computed from your IP address and browser with a secret that changes every 24 hours and is never kept: you cannot be recognised from one day to the next, and your IP address is not stored.
• Purpose: knowing how many people visit and which sections interest them, to improve the site.
• Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This measurement meets the conditions under which the CNIL exempts audience measurement from consent: limited to this purpose, anonymous results, no tracking on other sites, retention of 25 months at most.
• Your choice: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, you are not counted. You can also switch counting off for this browser below.

Server logs

• Data: IP address, date and time, page requested, response code, browser type.
• Purpose: security, abuse prevention and fixing technical problems.
• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Retention: 30 days at most.

Protection against abuse

Form submissions are checked on our own server: rate limits, anti-spam checks and a small calculation that your browser solves automatically. For these checks, your IP address and a one-way hash of your email address are kept in the server's memory for 24 hours at most, and never written to disk. No third-party service such as reCAPTCHA is used.

3. Who receives your data

Only Anarki Corporation. Our hosting provider, IONOS SE, processes the data on our behalf as a subcontractor: it hosts this site and our email, where messages sent through the form are delivered, on servers located in the European Union. We never sell or rent personal data, and we have no advertising partners.

4. Transfers outside the European Union

None. This site loads no external service: fonts, scripts and media are served from our own server.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies. It may keep one preference in your browser's local storage, which never leaves your device and is used for nothing else: your choice to switch audience counting off.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. We collect only what each feature needs, and access to stored data is restricted to the studio.

7. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, its portability, and object to its processing. Write to contact@anarki-corporation.com; we answer within one month.
